한 제국의 성립 후 유생의 등용과 박사제도의 수립 그리고 협서율의 해제는 학술의 소생을 촉진했다. 유가가 다시 부흥했으며, 정부의 공인을 통해 정통 학파가 된 도가와 법가는 각기 세력을 구축하여 주도권을 다투며 새로운 시대에 맞는 사상을 창조하기 위해 노력했다. 특히 이들은 공통적으로 한 제국의 중앙집권적 통치제도의 설계와 정통성의 확보를 그 우선과제로 삼았다.

선진 유가의 지식을 바탕으로 한 나라를 유교국가로 만드는데 기여한 최초의 인물은 육가이다. 육가는 그의 정치사상을 통해 유학자들이 권력에 이르는 길을 닦아 주었다. 본 논문의 목적은 한 초 유자인 육가의 인의와 무위사상에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 제자백가의 사상적 융합과 충돌을 통해 그가 건립한 새로운 형태의 융합 사상을 연구하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 육가 사상의 바탕이 되는 인의(仁義)에 대해 살펴보고, 나아가 그의 융합사상 중 가장 핵심이라 생각되는 무위(無爲) 사상을 분석한다. 육가의 융합사상에 관한 고찰은 한 초 제자백가의 사상적 변화를 관찰 그 특징을 이해할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 줄 것이다.

After the establishment of the Han Empire, the recruitment of students(儒生), the establishment of the doctoral system, and the lifting of Law of blackmail(挾書律) fostered a revival of scholarship. Confucianism was revived, and the Taoist and Confucian schools, which had been recognized by the government as orthodox, each built their own factions and vied for leadership, striving to create ideas for the new era. In particular, they shared the priority of designing a centralized governing system and securing orthodoxy in the Han Empire.

This paper aims to examine the ideas of Benevolence and righteousness(仁義) of the early Chinese scholar rujia(陸賈), and to study the new form of fusion thought that he established through the fusion and collision of ideas. To this end, we will first examine the concept of righteousness, which is the foundation of rujia(陸賈)'s thought, and then analyze the idea of inaction(無為), which is the core of his fusion thought. The examination of rujia(陸賈)'s fusion thought will give us the opportunity to observe and characterize the changes in rujia(陸賈)'s thought in the early Han dynasty.
