 The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the current status of Chinese Yi Jing related [Picture and Description] data produced in the Joseon Dynasty. After arranging the production status for each century, brief characteristics were drawn to explore the historical tendency of Yi Jing research in the Joseon Dynasty. It was confirmed that a total of 748 [Pictures and Descriptions] and 617 types of [Pictures and Descriptions] in the field of Yi Jing produced during the Joseon Dynasty were produced by 70 scholars. Especially in the 18th century, 261 types of [Pictures and Descriptions] were produced by 31 people. During this period, achievements were made by searching for the literature basis for almost all Yi Jing´s theories. It can also be evaluated as a time when the identity of Yi Jing research was formed, breaking away from research dependent on China
