<요약> 

Lao-zi was a great ancient Chinese philosopher. His political philosopy holds an important position in ancient Chinese history of political thought, and makes a far-reaching impact. On basis of the original work and the research accomplishment of being achieved, the article synthetically analyses political philosopy of Lao-zi. This paper discusses Lao zi’s political ideology. Combining with Lao zi’s metaphysics category Wu-Wei, this article attempts to expound Wu一Wei一er-zhi, which is the core question of Lao zi’s political ideology. Then it inspects the influence of Lao zi’s political ideology.
